Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager for our Health Tech Products division. The Senior Program Manager, Health Tech Products is responsible for taking on individual ownership of projects and will work with a teams comprised of clients, internal staff, third party consultants, technology suppliers, and the member/participants staff and vendors to achieve Leap Orbit deliverables. They will ensure that Leap Orbit clients receive a best-in-class professional services product, including project management and subject matter expertise.
The individual will work directly for the Deputy Director, Health Tech. This role may have 1-3 direct reports, dependent upon experience and Leap Orbit resourcing needs. The Senior Program Manager, Health Tech will act as the connector and point for the designated projects, programs risks, and issue management.
This position is also expected to support the overall operation of Leap Orbit when needed. Certain tasks may be asked that do not fall into the essential functions of this job. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with the opportunity to attend conferences, trainings, and meetings with key stakeholders as required.
Essential Functions

Physical Demands
This is a sedentary role which may sit or use a computer for long periods of time. Finger dexterity is needed for keyboarding. Extended periods of time reading/viewing computer screens.
Required Education and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions in healthcare.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
- Minimum (5) years’ work experience in a healthcare IT setting, or similar combined background matching.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines.
- Previous experience managing a high volume of tasks with different timelines and stakeholders.
- Exceptional experience with customer engagement in written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers at various levels.
- Display extensive organization skills and methodology in task management.
- Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines.
- Experience in adapting to an innovative and evolving organization and changes in priority.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Sharepoint, and Teams.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Direct clinical experience or government agencies.
- PMP or other accredited Project Management certification program management experience, and/or experience managing multiple complex projects/work threads at one time.
- Demonstrated experience using the Agile Scrum Framework.
- Functional knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira/Confluence, or boards like Trello).
- Knowledge of public health terminology using HL7 v2, v3 and FHIR.

Salary Description
Salary Range: $110K - $170K annually + bonus potential
